Michael is principal and senior legal counsel for FKSM, a full service global sports & entertainment agency. He has over a decade of experience in negotiating contracts on the international corporate level. Michael’s experience includes substantial public relations management and financial services knowledge. He graduated with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was a member of the Connecticut Law Review. As an undergraduate at Boston University, Michael graduated with distinction in art history and was named a Phi Beta Kappa. He is a registered attorney with the Connecticut Bar. Michael’s expertise encompasses sports and entertainment law and the issues important to artists and athletes including contracts, endorsements, licensing, merchandising, touring logistics, copyrights, trademarks, incorporation, public relations and marketing in both traditional and modern media. Michael is also a certified NFL Player's Association Contract Advisor.

Thomas is FKSM's President and General Partner. After a decade of corporate experience, Thomas has become a successful business owner and operator for the past six years. As an entrepreneur, he has the proven ability to close deals and negotiate seven figure contracts with clients that include Fortune 500 companies. His attributes include developing business relationships, networking, understanding the importance of communicating with clients and developing long term professional relationships. He is currently a student of the NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement and has a passion for sports. His competitiveness and participation in many athletic pursuits, including competing as a college basketball player, gives him a full understanding of the ways to keep and protect his clients’ best interests.
